Costa do Sol returns to win the Cup of Mozambique

For the second year in a row, the Gigawatt-sponsored football team, Costa do Sol, won the 2018 edition of the Mozambique Cup after beating Ferroviario da Beira in the final held at the Machava Stadium.

The final was played on November 10, and the winner was found on penalties kicks, after a one-goal tie during regulation and extra time.

In the mark of the eleven meters the canarinhos were more efficient, having converted four penalties, against two of Ferroviário da Beira.

The Clube Desportos da Costa do Sol, which is the team with the most achievements of the Cup of Mozambique, has raised to 13 the number of trophies won.
