Gigawatt's Financial Director, Azarias Mpfumo, stated that his company decided to supply books to the school's library as it is a fundamental instrument to obtain and improve knowledge.
"We are aware that the youth nowadays is very attached to social media...and with this effort today, we hope to bring the students back into the library", stated by Azarias Mpfumo.
This is not the first time that Gigawatt develops social responsibility actions for the 4th of October school, as it sponsored bikes and personal computers to the best students (as indicated by the school) to encourage the students to perform better academically.
Gigawatt's Executive Director, Marco Morgado, stated that education is one of the pillars of development both of the region and the country.
"This offer of books is one more step that Gigawatt seeks to give back to the community. We want that all these students might come to work with us at Gigawatt and develop our country" stated by Marco Morgado
