The Power Station is now fully operated and maintained by a multidisciplinary team, composed mainly by Mozambican engineers and technicians.

The workforce that werewas trained, by specialists in the operation of this type of stations, during the first 5 years of operation of the power plant and at he moment 110 workers work at the Power Station, of which 100 are Mozambicans and 10 are foreigners.
