To keep up with international operation and maintenance standards, Gigawatt trusted it’s power station to the consortium of the companies TSK and EEN.
The most important aspect of this union is the transfer of knowledge to Mozambicans. This contract has a duration of 5 years. The objective is to gradually increase the number of Mozambicans at the power station (supervisor positions) according to the image.
At the moment 110 workers work at the Power Station, of which 100 are Mozambicans and 10 are foreigners.
